Making a Dream Home a Reality
Trevor Higgins with Fairway’s Metrolina Mortgage Team helped Jimmy E. who had been renting a home for years and wanted to buy it. However, due to some tough times, he had some issues getting approved for a mortgage. The Metrolina Mortgage team stepped in and navigated his circumstances, took the time to understand what happened, and put together the needed story for underwriting.
In addition to a rocky past, Jimmy was also overseas for the first three weeks of the loan which presented it own challenges, such as limiting his access to documents and internet. These challenges made Jimmy feel as if buying would be impossible, but thanks to the team’s persistence and a lot of work, Jimmy was finally able to buy his home.
