Deserving Family Finds New Home
Melanie Bundy and her team helped their buyer, Lilian close on the perfect home. However, this did not come without some stress along the way. Lilian had a home of her own to sell and she also wanted to be in a new home before her kids started the new school year. Instant Equity in New Home
Hayden Poell, helped his buyer Angela knock it out of the park on her new home! Angela closed on her home where there was a price reduction in the middle of the transaction. Along with a high appraisal she was able to gain instant equity in her new home On top of that, the seller concessions virtually wiped out all of her closing costs on the purchase!
