Ken Land
SVP Area Manager
Ken has been in the Mortgage industry since 97 and has helped thousands of families achieve their dream of homeownership. Ken has been with Fairway since 2010 and now serves as the SVP Area Manager, overseeing the operations of 6 office locations in the SouthEast region. Ken values people first and leads his team to do the same. Fairway is involved in 10 different community outreach projects within the Charlotte community. Ken believes in giving back to those that give so much to us and that is why our mission is “Helping People do Better in Life.”This applies to our clients, team, vendor partners, as well as our community. To him, Fairway is family and the company culture he has created here is like no other!
Jane Kornhauser
Branch Operations Manager
Jane has been with Fairway since 2009 but has been in the industry for over 25 years. Jane has a true passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. As Operations Manager, she works closely with the operations team and Loan Officers to ensure every loan transaction is a success. Jane has a vast knowledge of loan guidelines, often referring to herself as a “Guideline Geek.” When not at work, Jane loves spending time at the beach with her family. She loves turtles and hopes one day to fulfill her dream of watching the baby sea turtles hatch.
