Jeff Reeves and realtor, Debbie Higgs of Allen Tate Realty, worked diligently to help find a home for their buyers, John and LaToya. They were finally able to assist them with a winning bid thanks to a Fairway Certified Pre Approval confirming John and LaToya were qualified buyers. The couple is now enjoying their new home! Home Sweet Home
Hayden Poell, assisted his buyers Charles and Chamos in finding their new townhome. They had both been in the market for a home for over a year! After looking long and hard, with thorough patience and persistence, they were able to find a new place they can call their own! Heading East for New Home
Tammy and Mark were recently assisted by Massimo Smiroldo in a relocation from Washington State with plans to start a new life in the beautiful Carolinas. They were able to find the perfect home and scored a great deal with guidance from Charlotte area realtor – Jeanne O’Connell of Paracle Realty. The listing agent, Meagan Blake, knocked it out of the park on the listing side of the transaction and kept things moving super smoothly. Family Follows Next Opportunity to the Carolinas
Aaron and Elizabeth sold their home in Florida and moved to North Carolina with their twin daughters thanks to the aid of Matthew O’Connor. Aaron was offered a better employment opportunity here in North Carolina which prompted them towards relocation. Also with the help of Marie Elstad with Coast 2 Coast Real Estate Connections as well as listing agent, Kelly Straughn from Fonville Morisey/Triangle Five County Specialists, everything with the relocation went well according to plan and now this family is able to live happily in their new home!
