A Safe Space to Call Home
Blake Keziah helped Ryran and Heather W. who were trying to find a safe place to call home. This family had been to other lenders and turned away before they found Blake. First-Time Buying
Dominic Elia worked with Cari and Sagar who were moving from Illinois to purchase their first home, a beautiful new build in Wake Forest, NC. They planned on using builder financing until Fairway stepped in with a better rate and lower closing cost. Closing was originally scheduled for 3/31/21, but kept on getting pushed back with little communication from the builder. Having already sold their home in Illinois, the buyers were becoming increasingly frustrated, and stressed that they wouldn’t have a place to live until they could close. Kim Waters of Remax was instrumental in staying on top of the builder and the county to get the loan issued. Long story short- thanks to Kim’s diligence we received the LO in time, closed the loan, and the happy couple are now enjoying their new home!
