Hayden Powell, was able to help his brother, Adam get under contract on a condo for under asking price right in the heart of uptown Charlotte! This property is just walking distance from the light rail, Spectrum Center, and plenty of other restaurants and entertainment.

Finding a Way to the Closing Table
Melanie Bundy, helped her buyer Shayne find the path towards homeownership! Shayne’s bank denied his VA loan the day before closing putting a sudden halt on his process. However, Melanie helped restore hope this future homeowner.
The Fairway team was able to step in and get him to the closing table just 15 calendar days after receiving the call from his agent.
