It’s a Five Star kind of year for a handful mortgage originators with Fairway of the Carolinas. We’re pleased to announce that Fairway of the Carolinas loan officers Jane Estes, Blair Crews, Lisa Marie Shapiro, Kim Venable and Karen Moravus are recipients of the Five Star Award for 2021. This honor recognizes outstanding professionals in the mortgage, real estate and home/auto insurance industries. Market research consultant Five Star Professional identifies candidates for the Five Star Mortgage Professional award through evaluations submitted by homebuyers and real estate agents.
To receive the award, a mortgage professional must satisfy five objective eligibility criteria centered around providing quality services. Five Star Professional asks recent homebuyers to evaluate mortgage professionals with whom they have worked based on these five criteria. The market research consultant also asks real estate agents as well as escrow and title professionals to submit an evaluation.
Five Star Professional conducts the award process annually in each market. To be designated a Five Star Mortgage Professional, a mortgage originator must first meet their state’s licensing requirement and be in good standing. The final list of Five Star Mortgage Professionals includes less than 7% of the mortgage professionals in a market.
